Fires sparked in southern California last week—how can Concordia plan?

The severe heat and dry conditions that started the flames, which quickly spread over the region, were made worse by seasonal winds. Last week, there were three main fires affecting Orange County: the Bridge Fire, Line Fire, and Airport Fire.
