This will be the Golden Eagle's first matchup with the Bruins in program history. This is a big moment for the Concordia team and Concordia as a whole.

Men's Cross Country

Men's cross country keeps the momentum going in UC Riverside Invitational

After getting first of six at the Coyote Challenge meet, the Concordia cross country team kept the momentum going for the UC Riverside Invitational on Sat., Sept. 17. Instead of just six schools competing, this competition had a staggering thirty schools. Racing against not just Concordia’s conference schools, but Division 1 schools, the cross country team knew that they were in for good competition.

Hope soars high as women’s soccer advance through their season

The women’s soccer team are on their way to accomplish a historic season this year, on and off the field, through their strong preseason performances against top opponents. The season started with two major accomplishments. The first was beating Cal Poly Pomona at their home field for the first time in the program’s history. The second was tying the number 10 seed in the nation, Western Washington.

Men’s water polo coach hopes for top four

Men’s water polo secured their first win of the season against Occidental College in Redlands last weekend on Sept. 11. “A couple of key factors in our Sunday win against Occidental were the patient ball movement and zone defense,” said senior Jeff Runyan, who scored six of their 12 goals and is only twenty goals away from holding the school record. “That was certainly one of the better games we had ever played offensively.” The senior also credits sophomore Jacob Stuart, who scored a career-high of five goals during the matchup, and junior goalie Tanner Powell, who accumulated 16 saves against the Tigers.
