De Wilder started his Eagle career last season when he transferred from Eastern Illinois to join the tennis team at Concordia. As an athlete, De Wilder immediately took the role of a leader, helping bring together the team.

The CUI baseball team pulled off a miraculous comeback in game one of Saturday's doubleheader, scoring eight runs in the bottom of the ninth to come back for the win. In game two, the Eagles were in a position for yet another walk-off win before the game was called due to light curfew, ending in a 4-4 tie. With the results of Saturday's games, Concordia remains undefeated with a 3-0-1 record on the season.

This updated policy affects home men's and women's basketball, men's volleyball and stunt games hosted at Concordia.

Tickets are now on sale and can be purchased ahead of time.

The CUI Dance team has been hard at work this year as they prepare for basketball season, despite being hit with ever-changing COVID regulations. Their practice and determination have led them to perform at last semester’s Midnight Madness, and when regulations allow, cheer on the sidelines for our men’s and women’s basketball teams. The dance team has mastered several styles of dance, and implemented routines from guest choreographers during several practices.

Senior water polo player Jeff Runyan has been honored as an ACWPC Division ll First Team All-American. Runyan earned this same honor at Merced College before transferring to CUI. Runyan has scored 80 goals this season, only 52 goals away from breaking the all-time scoring record at Concordia. His goal for the upcoming season is to be named All American again and break the school record.
